The Strutter Pass-Thru Awning Window Shines at the 2025 National Restaurant Association Tradeshow
We had an incredible time showcasing our innovative Strutter Pass-Thru Awning Window at the 2025 National Restaurant Association Tradeshow in Chicago, IL. The event, held May 17–20 at McCormick Place, brought together over 60,000 leaders from the foodservice and hospitality industries—and we were honored to be part of it.
A Standout Attraction: The Strutter Pass-Thru
Our booth drew strong interest from restaurant owners, architects, and designers alike, thanks to our feature product: The Strutter Pass-Thru Awning Window. Designed for modern service environments, this window turns any wall into a high-functioning, stylish connection point between kitchen and customer.
Attendees were especially impressed with the Strutter’s gas-strut-assisted opening, which allows for smooth, upward motion and a clean, unobstructed pass-thru space. Many commented on how effortlessly it operated—lifting with just a touch and staying in place for long hours of service without the need for adjustment.
Highlighted Features:
Durable aluminum frame with weather-resistant finishes
Custom sizing for bars, cafés, food trucks, and restaurants
Expansive opening for maximized airflow and service interaction
Optional locking and screen features for added security and utility
Whether used to enhance a patio dining experience or create a dynamic takeout window, the Strutter proved to be an ideal solution for operators seeking versatility and modern appeal.
Connecting with the Industry
Throughout the four-day tradeshow, we had countless conversations with restaurant professionals looking to elevate their customer experience. Many were exploring ways to maximize limited space, expand outdoor seating, or improve service flow—areas where The Strutter excels.
We were proud to demonstrate how our product solves real-world challenges. From quick-service setups to high-end cocktail bars, the Strutter provides both functionality and aesthetic value. Several visitors mentioned how it would be a “game-changer” for their renovations or new builds.
